Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
For steak tenderloin, tap the edge with a meat hammer. Grind the onion on a grater to make the marinated seasoning, then marinate the tenderloin patted with a meat hammer (at least 1 hour in the refrigerator). I usually let it marinate the day before and then eat it the next day).

Shake off the marinated tenderloin seasoning and heat the pan with oil and bake it back and forth.
