Cooking Steps

Put 3 servings of rice and 1 small piece of kelp..Add a tablespoon of refined rice wine and cook it thoroughly.

I made sweet vinegar water. Add 10g of salt, 50g of sugar, 15cc of vinegar, and 1 tbsp of lemon juice, heat over low heat only to dissolve the sugar, then turn off the heat and stir until the sugar particles are gone. A sticky concentration of sweet vinegar will be made. When the rice is hot, you have to sprinkle sweet vinegar to make it go into the rice well. If you spray it when it's cold, it turns around. The ratio of sweet vinegar to rice is 1:10.

When you mix sweet vinegar water with rice, it becomes dry at first, but after a while, sweet vinegar water enters and becomes dull. Please defrost the frozen Tataki tuna sashimi.

If you take it out in the refrigerator the day before, or if you don't have enough time, put it in cold water for a while, and it will thaw quickly.

Put the tadaki tuna sushi on top of it and add vinegar soy sauce. For the soy sauce, I used the giant tuna liquid. Pretty tuna sushi lying on the flower bed. If you dip it in soy sauce and put it in a bite, you suddenly become happy. Sweet and sour sushi and tuna fillet are mixed and delicious. For your information, sushi is a diet dish. It's good for your health if you eat it with sprout vegetables. It looks good and tastes good. Sprout vegetables are sprinkled with mayonnaise sauce. I used it because there was a mixture of mayonnaise and mustard.
