Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
First, make banana peeling. Bring water and sugar to a boil in a skillet. When the color becomes caramel, add banana and butter and boil it down.

Don't cook it on high heat so that it doesn't burn, but boil it down to medium heat. Please prepare the filling in advance.

Mix the butter at room temperature with sugar 2-3 times.

When the sugar is less sticky, beat the eggs and mix little by little.

When the dough is completely mixed, add the sifted powder and salt and mix.

Add banana peelings and mix quickly when there is a little raw flour.

Panning into a mold and top with sliced bananas. And bake it at 180 for 35 minutes.

Banana chocolate cake from the oven. I put in more baking powder than 2g, so it swelled up too much. But I also put more panning than usual, so the banana fell down. The banana came down to Aera and became Monnan's cake. But it tasted good. Banana peeling gives off a very moist and rich feeling.
Slice banana thinly for topping and sprinkle a little lemon juice to prevent browning. (If you don't have lemon juice, put the dough in a mold and cut it right before banana topping.)
