Sweet potato cream cheese tart
I feel like I'm eating a cheesecake that feels sweet and soft when I take a bite. Dip into the sweetness of soboru and sweet potato and the softness of cheese.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
I used a food processor. Add the sifted flour and sugar powder and mix -> add the chopped cold butter -> mix the beaten eggs -> let the mixture rest in the refrigerator for an hour when the dough becomes a lump.
STEP 2/8
Mash steamed or boiled sweet potatoes when they are hot and mix them with cream cheese. (You have to put them in when it's hot to mash them evenly and the cream cheese melts well.)
STEP 3/8
When cream cheese and sweet potatoes are mixed, add the soft butter at room temperature and mix.
STEP 4/8
Add sugar and mix.
STEP 5/8
Mix in the beaten eggs.
STEP 6/8
Place the above tart paper in close contact with the mold and poke it with a fork to pour the filling material. And sprinkle the soboro. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 for 25 to 30 minutes.

It's a sweet tart filled with soboru. Thanks to the fluffy soboru, it's so sweet and I can feel the softness of cream cheese. It's a shame that I pushed the tart paper too thin. But the taste is really strong.
STEP 8/8
full of delicious soboru. If you don't want to make soboru, you don't have to post it. You can put the sweet potatoes on top of it. You can also put almond slices or coconut slices on top.
