savory almond biscotti

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Beat in the egg and add the powdered sugar and mix until it is palatable. (If there is no sugar powder, replace with sugar; add sugar and mix until sugar dissolves.)
STEP 2/8
When the color is palpable, add the oil.
STEP 3/8
Add the sifted flour and baking powder and mix them with a spatula. (It's a bit disappointing that there's no almond powder)..If you have almond powder, please add 100g of soft flour and 50g of almond powder.)
STEP 4/8
Add whole almonds and sliced almonds when raw powder is visible. (Contents can be replaced by nuts or dried fruits. Then Biscotti's name will change, too
STEP 5/8
When the almonds are mixed, make them square and bake them at 175C for 25 minutes.
STEP 6/8
Cool the baked dough on a cooling net and cut it.
STEP 7/8
When you cut it, sprinkle it on top of the dough with a water spray to make it look smooth. Bake the cut dough at 160 for 10 minutes after panning.
STEP 8/8
It's crunchy biscotti.
