Leave it at room temperature and gently dissolve the softened butter, then add the unrefined brown sugar and mix thoroughly to cream. Add vanilla extract in the middle and mix.

Add 1/2 of the sour cream at room temperature and mix. Add 1/3 of the powder and mix, then add the rest of the sour cream and mix. Finally, add the remaining powder and mix with a rubber spatula to complete the dough.

Place the finished dough in a mold with parchment paper and smooth the top. Place in a preheated oven at 190 and bake for 23 to 27 minutes. After baking it for about 23 minutes, a cake with a proper texture came out.

When the cake is baked, cool it down for the whole frame, then remove it from the mold and cool it on a cooling net.

Shall we make white chocolate toppings? Put the white chocolate in a bowl and melt it in a medium bath. When the chocolate cools to a certain extent, add the butter at room temperature and mix smoothly with a spatula.

Apply spatula over a completely cooled chocolate cake. If you're good at it, don't apply it like me, but apply it smoothly. I cut the square cake in half and put toppings on top of it.
