Purple sweet potato cheesecake
It's a cheesecake, but it's not greasy and it's soft purple sweet potato cheesecake

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/11
Prepare the cream cheese (230g) at room temperature for at least an hour and whisk it once.
STEP 2/11
Add vanilla sugar (50g) (Vanilla sugar - drain remaining vanilla bean shell into sugar) to moderately unwound cream cheese and mix until sugar is smooth.

Add vanilla bean (half) with seeds and stir in once. I used it because I had half a vanilla bean left. If you don't have it, you don't have to put it in. If you don't have vanilla bean, you can replace it with vanilla extract, vanilla oil, or vanilla scent. You can replace it with rum

When the vanilla beans are well mixed, add the eggs (one). When you add eggs, don't pour them all at once.. You have to loosen the lump and put it in three to four times so that it doesn't separate.

Boil the purple sweet potatoes (150g) and mash them, then cool them down and put them in.
STEP 6/11
If you mix all the purple sweet potatoes, it becomes like this. (The soft ones probably froze the cream cheese.) I think it's because I used it after melting it.)
STEP 7/11
If the sweet potatoes are mixed well, add whipped cream (70g) and milk (20g).
STEP 8/11
Mix the whipped cream well.
STEP 9/11
Make sure to sift in the corn starch (1 Ts).. And mix it with a spatula and mix it's done.
STEP 10/11
Place in a suitable mold, add pan underneath, add water to pan, and cook in a medium hot oven for 40 minutes.

You can sprinkle decosnow on top and put it in the refrigerator and eat it.
*Please prepare the powder with an upset stomach. *Prepare cream cheese at room temperature to be soft. *Please prepare the sweet potatoes by boiling them in advance. *The temperature varies from oven to oven, so adjust the baking time or cover with foil.
