Banana cake

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Remove the skin of the banana and mash it with a fork. And slice the banana for topping.
STEP 2/7
Beat in eggs and mix sugar 2-3 times (mix until sugar melts, becomes ivory, and foamy). When you lower the dough from the whisk, it flows down into a ribbon shape and it's done!

Pour in grape seed oil or cooking oil and mix when it looks like the stomach.

Add the sifted powder and mix it with a spatula.

Add milk and mix quickly when dough is half mixed and raw powder is visible.
STEP 6/7
When milk is mixed, add banana and walnut and mix.
STEP 7/7
Pour the dough into a mold and pat it on the floor once and decorate the sliced banana on top. Cut bananas into the same thickness, not too thin and thick. And bake it in an oven at 170-180 for 55 minutes to an hour.
