Making tofu soup with clams
It's clam tofu soup that I made this morning. I was busy doing something in the morning, so I made it in a hurry. I took clams and mackerel out of the freezer, put them in cold water for a while, washed rice in a pressure rice cooker, and prepared this and that without cooking it, and it worked quickly. It is a health care soup that will help you complete your body that suffered from spring fatigue during the change of seasons. Clams are very good for the liver and kidneys.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
I took out 3 bags of self-catering clams.

Cut tofu, red pepper, cheongyang pepper, and green onion.
STEP 4/6
Pour about 4 cups of water into the earthen pot, add a small piece of kelp, make the kelp stock, and then take it out

I put clams and clams stock in the boiling kelp stock.
STEP 6/6
When it starts to boil, add tofu, red pepper, and cheongyang pepper. Seasoned with salt (Ocher, Sun, Sun and Sun) and finished with green onion, pine, and pepper powder.
