Making tofu soup with clams
It's clam tofu soup that I made this morning. I was busy doing something in the morning, so I made it in a hurry. I took clams and mackerel out of the freezer, put them in cold water for a while, washed rice in a pressure rice cooker, and prepared this and that without cooking it, and it worked quickly. It is a health care soup that will help you complete your body that suffered from spring fatigue during the change of seasons. Clams are very good for the liver and kidneys.
