Cooking Steps
STEP 1/11
Please prepare pork for sweet and sour pork with tenderloin. Grind 1/2 onion and add. Add minced garlic and mix evenly.

Add soy sauce, chopped onions, sesame oil, sugar, salt and pepper and mix well.

Add soy sauce seasoning to pork, mix evenly, and measure until seasoning is absorbed into the beef.

While the meat is seasoned, cut onions, carrots, mini paprika, shiitake mushrooms and cheongyang peppers into squares of similar sizes. If you want a very spicy taste, increase the amount of Cheongyang peppers and add 2 more dry peppers. My children were elementary school students, so I had to be satisfied at this level.

When the pork is seasoned enough, add starch and mix well.

In a large bowl, mix the frying powder and eggs evenly to make a batter.

Add egg and frying powder mixture to starchy pork and coat again.

Fry crispy in 170 degrees preheated oil. Place the fried meat on a strainer tray and drain the oil.

Please prepare the spicy hot water sauce. Add chili sauce, tomato ketchup and hot sauce and mix well. Pour 2 tablespoons of cooking oil into a heated frying pan and stir-fry vegetables slightly.

Add hot water sauce, water and starch water and bring to a boil stirring.
