Cooking Steps
STEP 1/3
Wash the wood ear mushrooms slightly in water, blanch them in hot water for 10 seconds, and sieve them to drain.
STEP 2/3
Shred cucumber peppers and onions. (If you don't have cucumber peppers, you can use green peppers or leek peppers.) Add the seasoning to the drained wood ear mushrooms and shredded vegetables and mix them well.
STEP 3/3
Stir-fry onions and cucumber peppers in a pan first, and when the onions are about to become slightly transparent, add mushrooms and cook for about 20 to 30 seconds.
If you use sugar instead of plum juice, add only half a tablespoon.
