For Oreo cookies, grind finely, add melted butter, mix evenly, put it on the bottom of the mold, and press it down.

Put it at room temperature and mix sugar in dry cream cheese, then add plain yogurt and mix gently.

Add half of the dry dough to the pre-soaked pangelatin for about 10 minutes and mix it by melting it in a medium bath.

Whip the whipped cream thinly.

Add the hot pangelatin dough to the basic dough and mix well.

Pour the dough into a piping bag and fill the mold, and use a scraper to smooth the top.

You have to fill every corner with the dough.

After picking azalea flowers, I rinsed them several times in cold water, soaked them to remove impurities, drained them in kitchen towels, and placed them gently on top of the dough. Put it in the freezer and harden it for more than half a day.

Cover the mold with a hot towel and press it down to remove it well.
Soak the pangelatin in cold water.
Grind the Oreo cookies finely.
