Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Add soy sauce, salt, pepper, starch syrup, and sesame oil to the minced beef.
STEP 2/6
Mix seasoned beef evenly with chopped green onions and garlic.
STEP 3/6
Pour hot water on fish cake to remove food additives and wipe off the water.
STEP 4/6
Fill a hole in the gown with seasoned beef.
STEP 5/6
Make egg water by adding salt, pepper, minced garlic, minced green onion. Dip the fish cake in egg water.
STEP 6/6
In an oiled pan, simmer over low heat until golden brown so that the filling is well cooked.
