Making Pork Patties
If you make it thick at once, I think it's a well-used ingredient. Last time, the beef was on sale for a long time, so I bought a few packs and made the patty thick.

Ingredients
  • Pork and minced meat
    800~900g
  • onion
    1ea
  • Carrot
    1ea
  • leek
    1piece
  • crushed garlic
    2TS
  • Sesame oil
    1TS
  • Flour
    3TS
  • Salt
    0.5TS
  • ground pepper
    little
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Chop the onions and green onions, respectively.
STEP 2/6
I was thinking about chopping the carrots into small pieces, but I ground them slightly so that they could be easier to eat.
STEP 3/6
Add salt, pepper, minced garlic, sesame oil, etc. to the sweetened meat and mix them evenly. You don't have to season it too much. Patties have to be seasoned separately and eaten together afterwards anyway.
STEP 4/6
Finally, add flour and mix evenly.
STEP 5/6
You can make the size as you want. You can make small meatballs and put them in the soup. You can make it big like me and give it to children like hamburger steak, or you can put it in bread and make a hamburger.
STEP 6/6
I rolled it round and made it flat and put it in the freezer container one by one
You can add or subtract salt, but just add enough so that it's not salty
