Cooking Steps
STEP 1/3
Blanch chorizo sausages in boiling water and bake in an oven.
STEP 2/3
Bake hot dog buns lightly in a buttered pan.
STEP 3/3
Place chopped onions, pickles, and jalapeno on a hot dog bun and roast sausages, and finally sprinkle ketchup and mustard sauce.
