Cooking Steps
STEP 1/3
Clean up the mussels and peel off one side. When using regular mussels, blanch slightly in boiling water with rice wine and peel off the skin. Combine bread crumbs, parsley crumbs, minced garlic, a pinch of salt and a pinch of pepper in soft butter.
STEP 2/3
Place plenty of butter and bread crumbs on mussels and bake in a 200 degree oven for about 10 minutes. The time depends on the firepower of the oven.
STEP 3/3
It's a savory and light mussel oven.
