Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Season bulgogi persimmon with vegetables and seasoning ingredients.
STEP 2/4
You can season the meat first, sometimes I just season the meat separately, and sometimes I do it at once. If you season it over time, it tastes better because it's seasoned.
STEP 3/4
The seasoning and process are the same as bulgogi.
STEP 4/4
