Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Slice the pork neck thinly and season it with salt, pepper, and ginger liquor.
STEP 2/4
Prepare two red and green peppers each, half an onion, and half a handful of green onion white.
STEP 3/4
Heat the wok to stir-fry half a tablespoon of minced garlic, then stir-fry slightly with seasoned pork neck and onions, add 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 0.5 tablespoon of sugar, and a little pepper.
STEP 4/4
When the meat is cooked and the seasoning is cut, stir-fry it slightly with green onions, add red pepper, green pepper, and sesame oil for about 10 seconds, and finish. When the meat is fully cooked, the vegetables should be stir-fried slightly to make them crunchy, so the color is pretty and delicious.
