Cooking Steps

Beat in soft butter and mix sugar and salt three times. Then add maple syrup and mix.

If maple syrup mixes well, add the yolk and mix.
STEP 3/7
Sift together the flour, cinnamon powder, and baking soda and mix with a spatula.
STEP 4/7
If you mix it with a spatula, it becomes a soboro.
STEP 5/7
Place the soboro dough in a plastic bag and lump together. When lumped together, rest in refrigerator for 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Push the dough after the tissue is finished to a thickness of about 3-4mm and stamp it with a shape cookie cutter.
STEP 7/7
Pan the printed cookie dough in a pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
