Grind carrots and mushrooms separately. When you go to the blender, you have to pour the water in a small amount so that it won't split well. The total amount of water includes the amount of water that goes into the blender.

Pour 2 cups of water on the onion and ground rice, stir with a wooden spatula over high heat to low heat, and cook thoroughly until the rice is well spread.

Stir in the ground carrot and mushroom, season with salt and a little bit of white pepper, and finish. Add the carrots and mushrooms and boil for about 5 minutes. You can adjust the amount of water if you want the porridge to be thin or thin.
