Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Fish cakes are fried in oil, so if you take a shower in hot water like this, calories go down and it's good in many ways.

Heat the pot slightly, put sesame oil, stir-fry minced garlic, give the oil the smell of garlic, wash the dried pollack slightly, squeeze the water out, and stir-fry it together. If you do this, the soup comes out white.
