STEP 3/7
In a low-water skillet (Amway Queen Cook), cover with a small amount of cooking oil (about 0.5 centimeters up). Add the starchy chicken leg meat. You put it in cold oil!!! Don't turn on the lights in advance. If it's not a low-moisture pot, you can fry or cook it after heating it's heated up
STEP 4/7
Cover and turn on the gas on medium-low heat. After about seven to eight minutes, the lid rattles and causes a watering phenomenon. If you open the lid, it'll be fried to this extent. I closed the lid and fried it, so the insides are almost cooked. For the rest, open the lid, flip it, and fry it evenly A low-water pot has the advantage of being able to fry even with this small amount of oil.
