STEP 1/8
Prepare 600g of chicken leg meat and remove any fat if possible. The one I used is only chicken leg meat and is sold on Costco or the Internet.

Slice the garlic on the side, slice the onion thinly, and slice the chives into the same length as the onions.

Stir-fry garlic in a pan covered with chili oil to flavor.

Stir-fry chicken and soy sauce.

When the soy sauce boils down and the chicken turns golden, add coke.

It's boiling, right? Boil the coke until it boils down.

When the coke is boiled down, add the chives and onions. You have to watch carefully because the swelling suddenly gets scared.
STEP 8/8
Stir-fry the chives and onions until they are cooked, and finally finish with pepper powder and sesame seeds.
Personally, if you like spicy food, you can add Cheongyang red pepper or red pepper powder.
