STEP 1/9
Rub the apple with salt. I'm going to use the skin, so please wash it clean.
STEP 2/9
Remove the middle seeds from the apples and cut them into quarters.
STEP 3/9
Slice the apple into 5mm thin slices. I can't make it pretty and thin. If I didn't eat too much, I cut it while eating.
STEP 4/9
We always eat jam bottles, disinfect them in hot water, dry them well, store them, and use them again. I'll put apple tea in a jam bottle again this time.
STEP 5/9
Place apples on top and sprinkle sugar layer by layer by layer. It's good to add honey or oligosaccharide in between. Personally, if you add honey, it tastes deeper.
STEP 6/9
Add more sugar to top of gel after layer. Add more honey at the end.
STEP 7/9
After putting it in, it became like this.
STEP 8/9
If you leave it at room temperature for three to four days, it becomes like this. I took it on the fourth day. It's a picture of juice coming from an apple, sugar melting, and the top of the apple floating, so I pressed it down with a fork.
STEP 9/9
Done. Add 3 to 4 apples. I added a few more because it wasn't sweet enough, but it was too sweet. Shake the apple gently once or twice when you eat. It tastes sweeter. If you add a tea bag or tea to this, it becomes a really delicious apple tea.
