Prepare scallops by immersing them in salt water for 1-2 hours. Remove one shell, remove the intestines, and trim the pen shells. The peeled scallops remove debris from the surface of the cooking brush and tear off one side of the skin. Prepare onions, cheongyang peppers, and green onions by chopping them into small pieces.

Add onions, cheongyang peppers, green onions, minced garlic, marinade, and red pepper paste and mix. Cut the gutted pen shells into appropriate sizes and mix them with the seasoning. Place seasoned pen shells on top of the pen shells and top with mozzarella cheese.
