No oven black sesame cracker
I made crackers with black sesame seeds. It's similar to gomimi, and it's quite delicious with black sesame seeds

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Add the flour, sugar, black sesame, salt and baking powder together and stir 3 to 4 times with a whisk. The amount of salt here is about as much as you grab with your thumb and index finger. It's very small.
STEP 2/6
Mix together the oil and water.
STEP 3/6
Add oil and water to the mixture and mix with a spatula.
STEP 4/6
Place the dough in a plastic bag and roll with a rolling pin.
STEP 5/6
Think of cutting the dough on the plastic with a knife and cut it diagonally and put it in the freezer for at least 30 minutes. You have to cut the dough neatly without sticking to the knife when it is stacked on the plastic.
STEP 6/6
Place dough on parchment paper and microwave and cook for 2 minutes and 30 seconds with defrosting function. It's based on 700W in our microwave. The w is different for each range, so please check the W written on the back or side of the range, and if it's less than 700w, please increase the time and reduce the time if it's abnormal. If you cool it down in a cold place, the savory black sesame cracker is complete

    It's a complete revolution to put it in a plastic bag and push it..I didn't see the microwave defrosting mode and it burned in the middle, but anyway, it's very delicious. If you want to enjoy the savory taste more than sweet, I think you can add a little sugar :) Thank you for the simple and delicious recipe!
