Cooking Steps

Add the sugar and egg whites and stir in the sugar for a minute or two to prevent frothing.

Sieve flour into 1 and stir lightly with a silicone spatula, then add the boiled butter and mix well. (Butter is used only to melt, but it tastes better when boiled once.)

Add almond slices to 2 and mix.

Panning with a spoon or fork. I used a fork because it was more comfortable. You have to pan it as thin as possible to make it crispy. If you panning it thickly, the chewy texture becomes tough. the texture is good. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 12 minutes. Put it on a cooling net and cool it down.

I bought this at a famous snack shop. It's crispy because it's grilled thinly, but the pressure of almond water. I think this is the charm of handmade products. If it's your first time baking it, please check the color yourself from around 8 to 10 minutes. There's a big time difference depending on the thickness of the panning. I panned the fried coconut so thin that it was done in eight minutes. As a test, I baked two for 12 minutes, but I burned them down. When baking, you should always keep in mind that it's colored.

    It's so delicious. The recipe is fixed!! I want to make a pretty round shape, but there is no cookie cutter, so I cut the middle of the paper cup, used it like a mold, and it looks pretty!! ^^ If you don't have a frame at home, I think you can try this method. I think it's because I panned it thinly, but it burned at 180 degrees for 12 minutes, so 8-9 minutes is enough for me. I think I need to grill it while watching!

    I made it to use the remaining white while baking... It's a taste that I really like. I think I'm going to keep making it and eating it!! There is no almond slice, so it's worth making while cutting whole almonds
