STEP 1/9
Remove the head of the shrimp, peel, and cut the back to remove the intestines. I used king shrimp. Use about 15 medium-sized shrimp and wash their heads and skins well and let go. Because I'm going to make the broth with shrimp head. Cut the trimmed king prawns into bite-size pieces, and chop the onions in a row.
STEP 2/9
For spaghetti noodles, add 0.5 thick salt to boiling water and spread the noodles. Stir the noodles so that they don't stick to each time to time
STEP 3/9
Put the shrimp head and skin in a pot, add about 3 cups of water, and boil it to make shrimp head broth. Add 1 spoonful of refined rice wine to remove the fishy taste.
STEP 4/9
When the pasta noodles are cooked in the right way, strain the spaghetti noodles through a sieve and mix them with olive oil when it is hot. If you apply oil like this, it can delay the swelling of the noodles.
STEP 5/9
Grease a heated pan with olive oil, stir-fry pepperoncino (or dried red pepper), crushed garlic 1, and sliced onions.
STEP 6/9
Then add the shrimp meat and stir-fry it together. Add 20 commercially available spaghetti sauce and stir-fry it together. I just used the commercially available spaghetti sauce
STEP 7/9
Add 2 cups of shrimp head broth, boil it hard, add 0.5 sugar
STEP 8/9
If it's spaghetti, add the boiled one and mix it. Stir through the noodles and sauce so that they mix well. You can taste it and season it with salt and pepper. The tomato sauce and the Parma cheese powder that I'm going to put in later are seasoned, so I'll just put in the whole pepper
STEP 9/9
Shape it into a plate, put it nicely, sprinkle the ground Parma cheese powder on top (you can just sprinkle Parmasan cheese powder) and decorate it with a little parsley powder to keep the color.
If you add shrimp heads and shells, and onions, green onions, celery, and carrots together, it becomes a great broth that can be used for cooking.
