Braised sweet pumpkin with red pepper paste
I made spicy and sweet red pepper paste braised sweet pumpkin for my sweet pumpkin mania friend.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Wash the sweet pumpkin clean, cut it into bite-sized pieces, and cook in the microwave for 2 minutes. Most fruits and vegetables contain a lot of nutrients in the skin, so I recommend you cook them with the skin. When cooking sweet pumpkin, cover it with a stove-only lid or wrap. It's based on 700W in our microwave. The w is different for each range, so please check the W written on the back or side of the range, and if it's less than 700w, please increase the time and reduce the time if it's abnormal.
STEP 2/4
Mix all the seasoning ingredients while the sweet pumpkin is cooked.
STEP 3/4
Add seasoning to 2 minutes cooked sweet pumpkin and stir gently with spoon so that the sweet pumpkin does not crush, then cook in microwave for 3 minutes. When cooking sweet pumpkin, cover it with a stove-only lid or wrap.
STEP 4/4
With freshly made barley rice, it became a nutritious meal.
