Chop the green peppers, carrots, and sprouts into similar sizes. Except for fish cakes, saesongi, green peppers, and carrots are stir-fried separately, and saesongi are seasoned with salt and pepper and stir-fry them in a pan covered with olive oil. You have to stir-fry vegetables until you're out of breath to make the pepper smell alive and crunchy.
