STEP 1/15
Please prepare the powdered gelatin.
STEP 2/15
Soak gelatin with 2T of cold water in powdered gelatin. Gelatin absorbs moisture quickly.
STEP 3/15
Dissolve water and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat.
STEP 4/15
When the water warms, add gelatin and dissolve.
STEP 5/15
Turn off the heat when the gelatin is completely melted.
STEP 6/15
Add soft black coffee mix and let cool at room temperature for 10 minutes.
STEP 7/15
Pour the cooled gelatin mixed coffee into a cup, leave it in the refrigerator for about 3 hours, and harden it (cool it completely in the refrigerator and then put it in the freezer to harden quickly~)
STEP 8/15
Next, make milk coffee jelly: When the black coffee jelly is all hardened, please make it!!! The process of soaking gelatin is the same. Put milk in a pot and melt sugar over low heat.
STEP 9/15
Add the soaked gelatin.
STEP 10/15
When gelatin is completely melted, remove from heat and add coffee mix and cool at room temperature for 10 minutes.
STEP 11/15
I gave it a quick freeze and it froze on the surface. Don't leave it in the freezer and check it frequently. If you leave it for too long, it freezes. In the freezer, it hardens in about 30 minutes. If you shake the cup gently to check if it's hardened, it's easy to see with your eyes. Jelly is chewy and doesn't flow, so I can tell with my eyes. Add the milk coffee jelly to the hardened black coffee jelly.
STEP 12/15
Let it harden in the refrigerator for an hour. Milk coffee jelly is pretty in color with brown black coffee jelly. Milk coffee jelly is soft and sweet, so if you want to add a lot, double it.
STEP 13/15
It's a complete coffee jelly. You can scoop it with a spoon or add toppings.
STEP 14/15
and added toppings. I put on whipped cream first. I used it because I had something made before. When you go to a bakery, they sell fresh cream so you can dip it in baguette bread. It will be convenient for you to buy it without making it too much trouble~~
STEP 15/15
I put chocolate on the whipped cream and finished the topping. I put 180ml of water in a cup and 3 cups came out. Please decide the size of the container according to the amount you want to eat once. I think it'll be perfect for one bite if you divide it into four parts. Milk coffee jelly is softer, sweeter, and better with milk~~ Instead, black coffee jelly tastes neat. It tastes better if you eat black coffee jelly and milk coffee jelly together
1. If you don't like gelatin, you can use agar.
2. 6g of powdered gelatin (1 1/2 teaspoon = 3 sheets of pangelatin)
3. 2g of powdered gelatin (1/2 small spoon(t) = 1 sheet of pangelatin)
