The hardest thing about making rice cake is to control moisture, right? If you squeeze it with your hands and it doesn't break and clump together, the moisture is straightened out.

Put the well-hydrated rice powder on the sieve once more.

Now add sugar and mix evenly. I put date palm in this time. Add 30g of sugar. I didn't put anything in. It's really a snow globe. At this time, you can add raisins or various dried fruits.

Put the powder on the steamer.
STEP 7/8
Place water in a steamer when it boils hard. It steams and steams for 25 minutes. You can turn off the heat for five minutes and let it steam.
