Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Prepare tteokbokki rice cakes in bite-sized pieces, measure bottled water, soy sauce, mirin, and sugar and add them together.
STEP 2/4
Cut the dried peppers and add a piece of kelp to remove them just before they boil.
STEP 3/4
While boiling, remove the foam and reduce the heat, leaving 1/3 of the sauce and turning off the heat. The rice cakes swell while boiling, but they get smaller again while turning off the heat and cooling It's delicious even if you eat it with sesame oil and sesame salt.
STEP 4/4
While turning off the heat and cooling, bake dried laver next to it and break it. Add sesame salt, sesame oil, and green onion and mix them together.
