Fried shrimp salad
It was very refreshing and good as a side dish of rice, maybe because it had sauce, not soy sauce, not thick mayonnaise or mustard.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Put flour on the thick part of the shrimp for frying

Lift one at a time and coat it with flour.

Frying powder, eggs, and water were mixed with cold water and stirred well with chopsticks to make dough. You have to make it not too thin to make it soft. Don't drop the floured shrimp in, grab the tail, put it in, and knead it

You can fry it. If you dip it in your hand while frying, and bounce it on the shrimp that is being fried like a picture, the dough that fell off the tip of your finger sticks to the shrimp's body and forms a pretty pattern on the fried shrimp's body.

It was a pretty setting and I didn't have time to decorate it. Look at the color. How fantastically fried. I just put it on a plate and ate it.

Before frying, I washed a handful of young leaves, drained them, and put them on a large plate. 1 tablespoon of sand lance extract, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of blue red pepper, and a little bit of black sesame mixed together to make the sauce and then start frying. On top of the prepared vegetables, I put the fried shrimp bread and sprinkled the sauce evenly.
