STEP 1/4
Add 50ml of water to 60g of spinach, grind it in a blender, strain it through a sieve and make the juice. Add the pre-sorted rice flour, dry yeast, sugar, salt, spinach juice, and grape seed oil in the baking machine and return the dough function for 12 minutes.

Place the dough in a bowl, cover it with plastic wrap, make a hole, and ferment for 50 minutes.
