STEP 1/9
First, steam, boil, or bake sweet potatoes and peel them.
STEP 2/9
Prepare the sweet potatoes by crushing them when they are hot, and drain the corn before using them. I used the leftover Parmesan cheese powder after ordering pizza. It's 4g per bag, so I used 2 bags. I put in corn because I thought it wouldn't be fun to chew if I only used sweet potatoes. It can be omitted.
STEP 3/9
Combine mashed sweet potatoes, butter and parmesan cheese powder in a bowl. I'm going to sprinkle sauce on it, and I didn't season it separately because the cheese powder is a little salty.
STEP 4/9
When cheese and butter are mixed evenly, add corn and mix well. If you're going to make the sweet potato ball as small as I am, chop the corn roughly with a knife and use it. Or the corn will fall off.
STEP 5/9
If the corn is well mixed, make a circle to the desired size.
STEP 6/9
The shaped sweet potato balls will be coated with batter. You can coat it in the order of flour (starch powder) egg bread crumbs.
STEP 7/9
Grease the pan with plenty of oil and fry the sweet potato balls back and forth until golden.
STEP 8/9
Shall we make the sauce now?? Boil 1 cup of water, 3 sugar, 1 soy sauce, 1 vinegar in a concave pan, and add starch water (two spoons of water, 1 spoon of starch, mixed well) little by little and mix well. Depending on your preference, you can add vegetables or a little corn like me. You have to fold the starch completely in the water so that it doesn't form lumps.
STEP 9/9
One cut with sauce
You can make potatoes instead of sweet potatoes, so try making them.
If you sprinkle the sauce, the sweet potato ball gets moist quickly, so you have to sprinkle the sauce right before you eat it.
