First, cut pork neck into a pan where you can cook low moisture. If you put it too big, it will take a long time to cook, so cut it into one fist. I did it in a medium saucepan.

Cover and simmer for 40 minutes on the lowest heat. I had to flip it over in the middle, but I forgot to do it after setting the timer, but the bottom part was slightly burnt.
STEP 3/3
If you open the lid after 40 minutes, it's like this. It looks like the bottom is burnt a lot, right?? No, you can soak it in water and wipe it off with a sponge. Dip it in salted shrimp or sauce to suit your taste
