Cooking Steps
STEP 1/12
Cut the carrot in half, cut it into 1cm thick, and boil it in boiling water with a little salt and oil.
STEP 2/12
Please cut the green onion into vienna sorghum size.
STEP 3/12
Put green onions - Vienna sausage on a long skewer and put carrots on the top to complete it.
STEP 4/12
Apply a little bit of oil on top and bottom.
STEP 5/12
Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.
STEP 6/12
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 10 minutes, and the Vienna sausage skewers are done.
STEP 7/12
For garlic rice, chop garlic finely with a knife.
STEP 8/12
You should never use minced garlic with a machine. There's too much gin, so fried rice might taste bitter. Stir-fry minced garlic in olive oil pan until light brown.
STEP 9/12
Add rice and stir-fry it well.
STEP 10/12
You can finish it off with salt and pepper. If you add a little bit of raw parsley powder, the shape is pretty and the scent of parsley is good.
STEP 11/12
Put garlic rice on a plate
STEP 12/12
Place the Vienna sausage skewers on top and you're done.
