Cut vegetables and pineapples for fried rice into bite-size pieces.

Stir-fry onions, carrots, and ham on a heated pan until the onions are slightly transparent, then add the prepared rice and stir-fry evenly with the vegetables.

If the rice and vegetables are mixed evenly, add curry powder here and stir-fry again. Add as much curry powder as you want. Lastly, add pineapples and broccoli and stir-fry gently to complete the sweet and sour curry-flavored fried rice

Please make scrambled eggs to serve on top of fried rice. Grease a heated pan, add eggs, and cook if you circle with chopsticks when it starts to cook slightly.

It's Thai fish sauce~ It's like fish sauce made like Korean salted fish. If you go to a Thai restaurant, you don't need any other side dishes that are salty if you mix it with the spicy pepper on the table. But it's a bit fishy
