STEP 1/3
Cut ham and vegetables into small pieces. You can add any leftover vegetables. Potatoes, cabbages, paprika, whatever you have at home. Let's cut them into small pieces. Make the sauce in advance. In a small pan, add 1.5 tablespoons of ketchup, 2 tablespoons of pork cutlet sauce (or Worcester sauce) 1.5 tablespoons of water, a little bit of pepper, and 0.5 tablespoons per dish (if you don't have any sugar), mix well, and once boiling, turn off the heat. Put a little oil on a heated pan, put all the ham and vegetables into it, add a little salt, and stir-fry it. When the vegetables are almost cooked, add rice, mix them evenly with the vegetables, and stir-fry them.
STEP 2/3
Add 1 tablespoon of ketchup, season it, and stir-fry it for a while, and the fried rice is done. Put the well-fried rice in another bowl for a while, wipe the pan with a kitchen towel, add a little oil, beat the eggs, and pour it in. It's not enough with one egg, but it's perfect with 1.5 eggs. If it's a small egg, you can just use two. Pour the egg and cook it slowly over low heat, and when the top is about 80% cooked, put the fried rice in the center, cover both sides with the egg, and flip it over the rice, and it will be salty on the plate. And pour the sauce on it and it's done. If even the sauce is annoying, it's good enough to just sprinkle ketchup.
