Steamed sweet pumpkin cake
It's a steamed pumpkin cake made without an oven.

  • Non-glutinous rice flour
    500g
  • sweet pumpkin
    30g
  • egg
    3ea
  • Milk
    360g
  • Baking powder
    12g
  • grape seed oil
    120g
  • Sugar
    120g
  • Salt
    1ts
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Beat the eggs well with a whisk. I used a hand mixer to heat it for about a minute or two. Add sugar and mix well with a whisk.
STEP 2/4
Please put in enough milk. I forgot to add salt. ^^ I hurriedly put in 1ts of mud salt. Then mix well again with a whisk.
STEP 3/4
I'd like some grape seed oil, too. Add the sifted rice powder, pumpkin powder, and baking powder and mix well.
STEP 4/4
For garnish, they put in the sugar pickles that I bought before. You can add raisins.. Please add whatever you like. Pumpkin seeds are good, too.. I like steamed sweet pumpkin, too.. Place the dough in a baking cup, or a paper cup at home (I used to have a small paper cup left over from a trip) and garnish it. Steam in a steaming pot for about 10-15 minutes.
