STEP 2/6
Pour enough water to cover the crucible, simmer for about 10 minutes, drain and wash the crucible thoroughly in cold water. Wash the pot too
STEP 3/6
Priming: Put the crucible in a pot and boil it over high heat with 5 liters of water. When it boils, reduce the heat to low and simmer for 2 hours. Remove the crucible and separate the bones from the crucible. Return the bones to the pot and simmer for more than an hour. Remove the oil from the crucible and cut into appropriate sizes. Remove the oil that floats in the middle.
STEP 4/6
Put the first soup in a cool place, put the bones in a pot, pour cold water, and when it boils, reduce the heat to low and simmer for about 5 hours. At this time, if you have a lot of bones, you can add the same amount of water as the primary bone, but if you have a small amount of bones like me, you can use only about half of water.
STEP 5/6
Boil two sets, then remove the bones, combine the primary and secondary soup, and when it boils, reduce the heat to low and simmer for another three hours.
STEP 6/6
Boil the crucible in the soup and serve with chopped green onions, and serve with salt, pepper, and wasabi soy sauce.
