  • Fish sauce with sand lance extract

  • Ginger

  • Sugar

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Take a bite of each cabbage and marinate it in salt water for about an hour.
STEP 2/4
Rinse the pickled cabbages, tear them into appropriate sizes, and drain. Geotjeori tastes less delicious even if you tear it too small. I think it's okay if you cut it in half because it's called shorthand.
STEP 3/4
Slice the green onions and red peppers diagonally. It's good to add chives or green onions, but I just added green onions.
