Cut the half-dried squid into 1cm thick slices, add salt to boiling water, blanch slightly, rinse in cold water, and drain.
STEP 2/4
Slice the radish, add a bit of bay salt, marinate for about 20 minutes, rinse slightly in water, and drain thoroughly. Cut the green onions diagonally. It's better to wrap the radish in a cotton cloth or press it tightly with your hands to make it as dry as possible.
