Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Wash the clams in light salt water, blanch slightly in boiling water, and drain.
STEP 2/4
Chop red pepper and green onion.
STEP 3/4
Put the sauce in a pot and when it boils, add the clam meat, reduce the heat to low, and boil it down.
STEP 4/4
