Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Cut the pork sirloin into appropriate sizes and season it. I seasoned my house with herb salt. Sprinkle an appropriate amount of salt and pepper and marinate for 20 to 30 minutes with 1 to 2 tablespoons of refined rice wine.
STEP 2/9
Prepare the ingredients for the sauce by cutting them into appropriate sizes.
STEP 3/9
If you mix starch and water, the starch sinks. Mix the settled starch and eggs and mix them well with the seasoned meat.
STEP 4/9
Fry the meat twice in moderately heated oil.
STEP 5/9
The fried pork is ready.
STEP 6/9
Add all the sauce ingredients and bring to a boil. Adjust the amount of sugar and vinegar to taste.
STEP 7/9
When the sauce boils, add the sliced vegetables.
STEP 8/9
Finally, add 2 to 3 tablespoons of starch water to control the concentration.
STEP 9/9
Put the sauce on top of the crispy fried meat and put it on the table
