STEP 1/11
Curry pizza is mainly made of potatoes and chicken breasts, so please prepare a little of the ingredients. Wash potatoes clean and cut into 4 pieces without peeling them. Cut 1/2 chicken breast into 4-5 pieces and prepare. Please prepare the rest of the vegetables so that they are easy to eat.
STEP 2/11
Mix curry powder 1, cooking wine 1, oil 1, and pepper 0.3 in a bowl, then add the chicken breast cut from the top and marinate for about 30 minutes If the chicken breast is too thick, poke it with a fork or cut it and let it sleep.
STEP 3/11
Boil the potatoes in boiling water for about 80%. (You can boil them for 4 to 5 minutes.)
STEP 4/11
Combine curry powder 1, starch syrup 1, oil 1, and pepper 0.3 in a bowl and marinate with cooked potatoes. If the curry sauce is too dry, add half a spoon of potato boiled water. (If you mix cold water with starch syrup, it won't melt.)
STEP 5/11
Now let's make curry sauce. Boil 2 curry powder, 1/2 cup water, 0.4 pepper, 1/2 starch syrup, and 1/4 onion in a pot. (I put in paprika because there was some left.) If the sauce is a little thick, add 1 spoon of yogurt and mix well. You can use homemade or commercially available fresh cream yogurt (no fruit-flavored yogurt)
STEP 6/11
It's a complete curry sauce.
STEP 7/11
Spread the tortilla evenly with the curry sauce from above. If you apply too much curry sauce, it will be too spicy, so please apply it moderately.
STEP 8/11
Sprinkle a little bit of pizza cheese and add onions and paprika evenly.
STEP 9/11
Place marinated potatoes and chicken breast in curry sauce one at a time. I used 5 pieces of chicken breast and cut 1 piece and put it on the center.
STEP 10/11
Sprinkle a broccoli between the potato and the chicken breast and sprinkle pizza cheese on it and bake it at 180 for 20-25 minutes. You can bake it until the chicken breast is cooked. The temperature and time vary from oven to oven, so please adjust and bake.
STEP 11/11
Curry pizza is done.
