STEP 1/9
First of all, 5 cups of rice is about 749g. Mix the rice flour well with the amount of sugar.
STEP 2/9
Prepare walnut and pumpkin seeds with garnish of 5 different colors (1Ts each) (1Ts each of sweet pumpkin powder, green tea powder, strawberry powder, grape powder, and cocoa powder). I used juice-flavored powder to color it, but it would be even better to make healthy rice cakes using raspberry powder or 100 years old powder.
STEP 3/9
Mix pumpkin powder and water in 1 cup of rice flour. The best condition for rice cakes is to form a lump when held by hand and then break down again. You have to control the water well so that it's like this.
STEP 4/9
There are steamer accessories in the rice cooker, right? Put cooking parchment paper on it and use ringtone number 21. The bottom tier is amber yellow.
STEP 5/9
It's good to put it down again on a sieve whenever you mix the powder and water. Air flows into the rice flour and becomes a soft rainbow rice cake. It's double layer strawberry flavored pink.
STEP 6/9
It's 3-tier grape-flavored purple, 4-tier green tea-flavored light green, and 5-tier cocoa-flavored chocolate. Spread the top of the rice powder evenly with a scraper and be careful not to press it.
STEP 7/9
Pour 2 cups of water into the rice cooker and put the tuxiru in the rice cooker and set the time for 30 to 35 minutes with the universal steaming function. It even has the function of making rice cakes slow. It works on its own after the pressure comes out of the rice cooker, so you don't have to open the steamer in the middle to check. It takes a long time to cook because it is less water than glutinous rice.
STEP 8/9
Rainbow rice cake is done.
STEP 9/9
I decorated it with walnuts and pumpkin seeds with garnish.
