Ingredients
  • Soft flour
    150g
  • corn starch
    30g
  • Eggs
    5ea
  • olive oil
    40g
  • Sugar
    130g
  • Salt
    1/8ts
  • Starch syrup
    40g
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/3
Whip the eggs in a medium bowl. Add sugar, salt, and starch syrup to this and whip at the highest level with a hand mixer whisk.
STEP 2/3
If you hold the hand mixer and keep the shape for more than 3 seconds, it's done. Add the flour (thin flour, corn starch, and vanillin mixed and sifted).
STEP 3/3
Add olive oil to the well-mixed dough and mix again to make it glossy. And pour 90% of the dough into the mold you prepared and bake it for 20-25 minutes in a 180-degree preheating oven or 20 minutes in a 175-degree temperature if you can bake it for about 20 minutes.

It's so easy and delicious.. I ate it with a 20-month-old baby, but he kept eating it because it was good, and the groom said it was good with coffee Eat.. Thank you for the good recipe
