Put a spoonful of kimchi dough on the spring roll, add a little slice cheese or mozzarella cheese, wrap it with the dough, and roll the spring roll. If you add a bit of egg water, it won't fall off.

If you don't have an oven, fry it until it is golden brown before applying oil. Bake in a 180-degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes. When you have about 5 minutes left to bake, turn it upside down and bake it to make it more crispy overall, so it's delicious.
