Grilled pork and kimchi
It's not greasy because there's kimchi in it. The pork tenderloin is really light. I like the crunchy feeling of spring roll. It's very delicious.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Shake off the seasoning or rinse slightly with water to squeeze the sour kimchi and finely chop finely. Use ground pork or chop it into small pieces like me. Wrap tofu in a kitchen towel and microwave it slightly.

Add all ingredients except spring rolls and cooking oil and knead them by hand. You don't have to touch it. You just have to mix it evenly.

Put a spoonful of kimchi dough on the spring roll, add a little slice cheese or mozzarella cheese, wrap it with the dough, and roll the spring roll. If you add a bit of egg water, it won't fall off.

Place grill pan in oven pan, place pork kimchi spring roll neatly, and apply cooking oil.

If you don't have an oven, fry it until it is golden brown before applying oil. Bake in a 180-degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes. When you have about 5 minutes left to bake, turn it upside down and bake it to make it more crispy overall, so it's delicious.
